Elimination Chamber (2017) was professional wrestling pay-per-view event produced by the WWE and was a SmackDown exclusive event. It took place at the Talking Stick Resort Arena in Phoenix, Arizona. It was the seventh event under the Elimination Chamber chronology and the first since 2015.

The final of The International Series will take place at this event with one Raw superstar taking on a SmackDown superstar with a world title shot up for grabs. During the group phase, there was a four-way tie for first place on the Raw side and a tie on SmackDown so as a result, the superstars will compete on the pre-show for a shot at the final.
